You look great in both this and Peta's picture. This is very natural looking while the greenish hue to her background really emphasizes those 'dangerous' eyes of yours. I love the unshaven look here. I just looked again and noticed that in Peta's you have a bit more of a hint of a mischievious smile, so that makes that one better for me. Mary

Hi Rob, Your simple colour choice for hat/shirt works well to draw the attention to your eyes. The complex shades of your eye colour really makes the photo. Your hat is slightly distracting. Very warm photo! Excellent!

A great self portrait Rob. Leaving the eyes so nice and sharp and the rest of the image softly focussed really draws the viewer into those deep green eyes. Quite a mesmerising image with haunting eyes indeed. Much more effective in colour than the B&W although that one is nice too. I also saw Peta's enhanced version and that one really draws out your eyes. I'll bet you have to fight the ladies off at the door with a stick you lady killer you. :)
Hope you have a great year in 2006.
Thank you for your kind words on my Frozen Falls image also.
Cheers - Ann :)

I thought this was fantastic and still do but Peta's just has a polished feel to it. I'll bet your momma had to bet the girls off your doorstep with a baseball bat. What did you say you did for a living? Model?

You are so right - old eyes I guess. Really needed a side-by-side to compare. Also am looking forward to your uploads taken during your April Stateside photo shoot! Smile pretty needs to become your mantra! LOL Jan

Lucky you kiddo - you got a combination of my green eyes and Dad's hazel eyes - sort of the best of the best. But then again, Ang, Sam, and Mike's eyes are also "dangerous"! LOL Too funny that you and Peta both uploaded this shot! Now I know what Judi meant with her comment on the shot Peta uploaded! Do like this shot though - very much a "you" shot - ball cap - no smile and killer eyes! The eyes are suppose to be the window to the soul...yours appear to reflect the light coming in from a window in your apartment. I do like Peta's crop too. That area in this shot to the side of your right ear isn't needed - so her tighter crop works better and brings the focus more in on you and not the background. Love, Mom

Judi is right - dangerous indeed. You did a sensational job on these Robbie - the light is so natural. BUT - this one is SO SO MUCH BETTER (thanks to a little PS work from me) http://www.usefilm.com/image/1022739.html
Tell us which you prefer everyone!
