I'm not too comfortable with this line in the background... Besides that, I wish this otherwise great portrait would have same fantastic appeal as your little girl shot... I find it basically a bit less interesting. The expression is great, maybe just a bit too static. Regards.

Excellent shot. The detail of the snout to the eyes make the image have a 3D effect. You couldn't have posed her better if you tried. The candidness of the shot adds to the instant aaawwweee.

Such an expressive face... her fur looks so shiny and soft... you've really captured a wonderful pet portrait. Nice use of DOF to blur the bg so it didn't detract.
