This is a great picture Mark. The combination of the blurred clouds and the tree really frame the moon perfectly. It has a very eerie, spooky feel to it. Good job.

I like the way the lines swoop across the frame. You also had a nice sky that day for added interest.

Great detail in this shot Mark. The blue sky reflected in the water is also very nice. It looks like she is giving you the evil eye. I had a goose chase me a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately the pictures of the attack were blurred due to my hasty retreat.

Nice picture Dad. The colors are great and I love the sky. We don't get clouds like that in Texas. I have to agree with Chris on the left lean though.

Thanks for your comment. I've never seen that many ducklings in a batch before either, Lily.
I love the XT. I just got it on Monday and I've already shot nearly 300 pictures. Only 4 have been worth posting though :-)

I really like all three of these Ore to Iron photos Hugo. You did a great job of making the machinery come to life for the viewer. The tones make all the scenes a little ominous looking and give them a very dramatic feel. These pictures remind me of the B&W industrial photos that Margaret Bourke-White did back in the 20's and 30's. I hope you don't mind, but I changed this one to B&W to see how it would look. It takes on a completely different feel.
