I like the reflection of the water and the powerfull silhouettes. The composition may have been better if the boy (?) were on the right side, or as an alternative - crop the image to create portrait format.

i love the crisp, freezing atmosphere in this British countryscape. Very well composed, and an excellent shot. The cool tones, split in half by the warmer tones in the valley are just excellent.
One little thing that might increase the impact and balance in this shot is that I would consider reducing the brightness in the sky a bit, to counter the relatively dark foreground. A minor thing and a fix in no time.
