A fine landscape image with a majestic cloudscape. Good and sharp details, on the distant mountains and stormy clouds. I think the lone tree, dominating the scene, effectively allows the viewer to concentrate upon the distance. A lot less noise here, than my lone tree pic, Denitsa. Excellent.

Exceptional capture of this cloud tunnel, Denitsa. Unusual, and a great opportunity to show your skills. Just the right amount of underexposure on the storm clouds, creatinge a dramatic, inferno-smoke effect. Good and minimal, silhouetted foreground detail, for framing.
Also a fine finishing touch of brightness, bottom right.
A sure 7 for you and the trusty A95, Denitsa!

Oh wow, this is one of the best cloud shot's that I've seen. You often see holes in the clouds with blue popping out, but not as dramatic and tunnel-like as this. Excellent

Hi, Sam, and thank you! Yes, I used a Hoya R72 filter. My little compact makes an awfull mess with the noise AND the noise reduction software, so I have to sharpen very 'brutally' in Photoshop. About the deformity - you are right, and your edit looks far better. There was some perspective distortion because I had to shoot this in the widest-angle position of the lens, and my attempt at straightening the lines using the 'Perspective Crop' was frustrating. Thank you for the time that you took for editing.

A very effective and impressive image, Denitsa.
Good balanced exposure, detail and colour. Imaginative framing of the little tree, and road perspective, from inside this road tunnel.
My beloved A95 has gone back to it's owner, but I now have an S2, which is so much better! (with stabilized 12x zoom and much more accurate autofocus and lots more).
