I like this this such a simple yet powerful image. The title is very apt and gives one a lot to think about. The crooked, cracked line on the ground, the hand with the stick. Very well seen!

She's very luck to have had such a great photographer by her side as child. Definitely a photo to be cherished. Well done.

You've been venturing the East Bay! He definitely is well "groomed" I'll try to call you again this weekend and see if there are any shoots planned.

Hi Ken,
I see you're now venturing into bird territory! Very good start. Just a tip, for winged creatures, if they are moving, you'll want to keep the shutter speed as high as you can. For such a sharp lens, you can get by with 2 stops (5.6) and probably be around 1/500 or 800 sec. for this image! If they're flying, you'll need about 1/1000 secs or higher. Adjust the ISO as needed to get the shutter speed. Good luck!!!

Hi Alicia! I like this image! The selective focus really makes your eyes glide from one flower to the next and rest back to the one in focus. Excellent !

Very nice effect Shirley - the long exposure makes the water glass like in appearance. Love the magical colors!

Hi Leo, awesome street image!!!!
The lady appears to be thinking of her loved one - that backdrop gives that impression. This would work well in a perfume commercial!
I love the grainy finish of film. This just can't be done with digital!

Very good composition Luis! I like it. I was in Manila over Christmas and just had a blast shooting. I'm not sure if it's just my eyes, but your horizon is slanting to the right?

Excellent portrait Ale! Very good exposure and tones! Just to nitpick, maybe his eyes staring back at you would hold the viewer's attention.... Definitely an intimate portrait!

Hey Dave, happy new year! very good perspective and composition - the 3 crosses, the door and window make a very balanced image. That must have been a very bright day - f/32 aperture and 1/500 shutter!

I like the composition on this image. The twig on the foreground is a visual echo of the clouds and waves. Very good decision on capturing this stick to make it more interesting.

Excellent Pano Gary! Love the colors on the water!
Uploading a panoramic shot here in UF is a bit tricky. You'll need to downsize the files individually and then stitch together so that you can make a larger image for uploading. Then it will show as a really long panoramic image.

There's certainly a message with your photo, the cemetery against the dramatic clouds. I'd suggest however to use a tripod so you can carefully compose and also avoid the blur. Horizon also needs to be straight. Hope you don't mind my tip.

I like this image! Very creative approach to a portrait. The eyes convey a lot with this image. Framing her against the profile of another person works well.

I wish you had given some description on what was happening here...
Excellent shot nonetheless!
