I like it, like the DoF and the peeling paint, but it still seems to lack punch, sorry. Maybe jack the levels, or try b/w? I like it, but I want to like it more, if you know what I mean...

Good shot, good eye, but I think the tone is a bit much. Try a little desaturation and pump the contrast a bit, it'll be a winner!

Ooh, me likey! All I would do is bump the contrast a bit, seems like too much grey, more blacks and whites would make this shot really pop!

For some reason I find the bottom distracting, have you tried cropping it just above the parking area? I like it, but something doesn't sit right...
