The picture is as shot. I didn't use any filers . It was just an overexposed b/w photo that I just liked the way it came out. Thanks for the focus tip.

I purposely blurred the image to look like that as my desktop wallpaper. I can post the original if you'd like to see the original sharpness.

We were riding down the causeway at about about 75mph when I took the photo. It looks like that because I messed with the focus & color in Photoshop. Thanx for the tips.

Actually I never use unsharp mask (don't know how to). If I remember correctly all I did was duplicate the layer and set the top one to soft light.
