Too bad, no comments yet and this is a nice piece of photo art.
A bit violent, with the replication of so many stabbing and cutting instruments. Focus in on the blade and the texture of the metal. Interesting differences between the left and right reflection, and the strange lighting.
Looking closely, I think this was all done in camera, and I have to appreciate the set up on this one. Light painting?
