Thank you.Just shoot straight "into the lightsource" but well underexposed (1 full step for this picture) and use spotmetering.Just lift the curves afterwards in PS.

The contrast with the person (my wife) and the background is caused because the background consists out of a light coloured sandhill.I took the picture deliberately from that point of view to have the dark silhouet (obtained by using spotmetering) against the the sandhill.There's no copy and paste,only transfer to B&W and fiddling with curves and contrasts.
