In addition to finding the stairwell, also, look for the one item / image that I added through some digital manipulation.

lovely shot mark. i've been to venice but that was almost 15 years ago and my photography wasn't so good back then, thus i never made any good shots on that trip. of course, i was also there during the carnival and you know that there are almost no times when the the streets of venice are empty during that festivity.

Thanks for looking at my image and for your comment.
The light blue, half moon is sunlight on the door ... the shape is formed by an archway over an alleyway which was over my shoulder, when looking at the door.

what amazing colors
is that half circle light blue the real color of the door or is it the sun light?
whatever it is, it adds alot to the image
old doors with locks are very symbolic to me
