Steve, thank you for the comment about Urban Stronghold. I got too busy at work and couldn't devote any time to my beloved hobby. I am back!

First post for a long time Alex? Where've you been mate? Just noticed you bought a 20D, nice choice ;-) Got a few decent lenses too I see!

Great photo, even if is messes with the senses a little.

I love the sky, & POV. There are a few artifacts around the edges of the buildings, possibly due to too much sharpening, but otherwise an excellent & challenging architectural image.

Regards,
Steve.

HI Alex,
Artificial light is always the best choice. Like the one in this image. Very Colorful. and I agree with steve, that the clouds made the picture. very nice!

Re: our previous comments about the "dark-side". I was reading the Paint Shop Pro training guides a couple of nights ago & discovered there is a 'cloud' plugin, called "Cumulus", to add various shapes, sizes & hues of clouds to your images.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. The weather here is so bad; I want to take them out, not put them in!!
Regards
Steve

Yes, Steve, you are right! The cloud looked a lot like and angel with wings spread. It makes the photo much more interesting, I think. Otherwise, I wouldn't post it.

Steve,
Thank you very much for wonderful comments and kind words. I was very lucky to see cyclone over New York city and have my camera at hand.
Maybe one day I'll switch to the 'dark side' of PhotoShop users ;-)) It's so tempting sometimes.

Curtis,
Thank you very much for your comments on my photo. Just like you, I try to experiment and use Nature's light in my compositions. I took a careful look at your online gallery and left some comments. Hope it'll be useful to you.
