Taking your advice, I used Neat Image to reduce the noise in the photo and also used a clone tool to remove the dust spot. I think the shot now looks much better.

Robert,
Thanks for your comments on my IR shots. I will take a look at using Neat Image to improve my shots. I didn't know about this program so thanks for the recommendation.
For another of my shots you recommended I use a -ev if the sky is blown out, or +ev for reflections. I will also try these in some of my future shots. Many thanks for the tips.
IR photography is something new to me, so I really appreciated your comments.

I tried the shot without the flash and the bottles were too dark. But maybe I was too lazy and should have tried harder. I guess I was too relaxed!!
