This is really nice. If you burned in the hair on top of the head it would be even stronger!

Nice to see someone else taking the same kind of picture! Only the one I took (titled 'Exposed' if you care to check it out) is a close-up of a Western Goat's Beard, not a dandelion. Great shot!

This is pretty fantastic. Seems to be your strength Matt. The quality of the light is superb - really like how it has highligted the grass in the foreground and mountains in the background. Canada looks stunning.

I thought about cropping out the road and the grass, but it looked like I was chopping off the bottom of the barns. In hindsight, i think it would work if i cut out the road and left the grass...
thanks for the comments,

Matt,

Wonderful specular hights, colours, sharpness, cropping with the lens and comp... ;)

There is nothing, that I don't like, with the exception of the road in the foreground... Looks like it was shot with f/22, or 32, but the bokeh in the foreground doesn't do it any justice...

Well done my friend,

Martin

Love the subject, composition, colours and feel of the image.
I would crop out the road and grass.
I'm usually a few minutes too late too get the great colours :)
