A magic moment Hanggan, well captured; this image could be very surreal if see in isolation from the others.

This one slipped by me George, don't know how!?
It's a great photo with many interpretations if you look at it long enough. I particularly like the expression on the mans face, he doesn't look at impressed about such close inspection ;~}

Hope you're fit and well, haven't heard from you in a while.

Superb composition with a lot of drama and many possible interpretations, well done. I'd give it 7 but the rating thing doesn't appear to work!

Wonderfully atmospheric image with that light breaking through the fog, superb stuff. Well done.

Probably the best lonesome tree picture I've seen here on this site, possibly the best I've seen. The blue colour reminds me of the old cyanotypes, the picture does have an old feel to it; Victorian maybe.
Cool shot Bea.

Sending a text message, sign of the times now, we're all at that these days here! And what a contrast to her surroundings? All those rough wooden boxes that could be from any age and her with a piece of state of the art 21st century technology!

Good shot Hanggan, I like her pose and the background adds a story to the image.

She looks very proud and purposeful, I think your angle of view has emphasised that fact very well. I like this a lot, well done.

Yes I agree there are some surreal elements to this one, it's also quite funny :~} Well done.

Superb shot Yannis, is she taking a sneaky look at us? Or are we taking a sneaky look at her? Well spotted and well photographed.

Thanks for your kind comment today.

Verena this is a magical shot, I like that shallow depth of field isolating that one horse from the rest. Great stuff, hope there's more like this from your travels?

This is lovely Endre, the shapes of the tree and people against that colourful scene is quite dramatic. Look forward to seeing more.

Love the composition and smooth range of tones. The bird footprints add another dimension to the shot.

Wonderful shot full of pathos. Love the colours and the texture of the wall, the old lady is the master touch here. Well spotted.

It's a wonderful series of images of Dami in a very unusual environment for a pretty girl dressed for an evening out. It's also a capture of human nature, we all like to see a pretty girl don't we?

This is a very fine portrait showing all the verve and enegy of the dancer, the lighting is superb as well. It does however seem a little flat in contrast on my screen so my interpretation may seem a little dark to you.
Happy 2006

Fantastic shot Ade, well worth a little bit of shivering! Obviously you used a tripod to get such a sharp image, with all that shivering and all... :~}
Have a great new year.

Wonderful fun shot Verena, the master stroke is leaving her left eye obscured; adds to the mystique :~}

Those suits and their pose give a sixties feel to this one. Yes it could be used for publicity, especially as the girl is in a self concious and maybe slightly embarassed pose. Or maybe she's just trying to keep warm!? :~}

Thanks for your kind comments, happy new year.

I'm glad it says something sensible and I hope you did walk on the grass. This is a very impressive shot Mark, love vast open spaces and magnificent skies like that; wonderful stuff.
Have a great 2006
