hi, like the composing with the diagonals, the little bit of shadowing, and the tonal range of the greens....filling the frame with green works well here...regards,gayle

You've illustrated the capillary network very well here, Geoff. Good detailing on this green-only image. Effectively cropped and composed.

Nice. Great graphic forms. The water on the right doesn't seem to match the rest. A simple crop could clean that up.

Cool perspective. The shallow DOF bothers me because your shoes are too out of focus. I think focussing further down your legs, and maybe closing down a bit would help.

blur maybe came from moving the feet a bit, but at that height who could keep there feet still. Glad you got two shots of that river. Looks cool !

Well... it's actually not blurred... the water just calms down at that point. If you look close you can see that there is still detail.

Hi there,
Well seen indeed, nice perspective. I can't figure out why the water on the righthand side seems to be a bit blurred. Was the water flowing too fast for the chosen shutterspeed? Wouldn't it ameliorate the picture if you would crop it so as to leave out the blurred part?

wouldn've expected OR to look like this but WOW. The shadows really make your title. Whatever that is off to the right is cool with it reflecting the sun.

WOW! what an expanse of sky and land,Geoff..the time of day sunlight is perfect for this image casting the dark shadows and showing the rich colors of the grasses and plant life..and that sky contrasts nicely with the landscape colors..nice wide angle shot,Geoff!..regards,gayle
