great compo - if at all I would have only tried to even push the contrast more to make it even more abstract, but this is really just my personal oppinion.

I like pictures that tell a story and this one surely does. I also like the camara shake that adds to the feeling in a hospital.

oh great picture, it has a lot of potential. I suggest you try to push the contrast and maybe darken the whole picture a bit. You might have to work on the sky too. Would be great if you could possition the kid more to the right leaving some space on the left side to give a bit more story.

Great picture - love it. It talks! Superb how you played with the rule of thirds. Maybe just a tick too much blur on the nail and the bottom of the razor.
