A beautiful photograph. I like the reflection of the trees and hillside in the river. The composition of the photo with the tree branches in the foreground looks wonderful.

This photograph is breath taking as the river seems so still enough to walk upon it as glace and the rocks withholding the frame of the river water meets grass and the eye slowly wanders up the smoke upon the hill and it left staring at the sky in amazement. Wonderful magnificent.

Wow amazing photograph with the background image. I never knew California was so beautiful. Fantastic perspective where the viewer feels small and the over powering feel that the trees make you feel. Fantastic

Here is the poem Amy. I did this photo and poem for a lady that has MS (her thorn). I used Kirsty because she has kidney problems (her thorn).
The Thorn
I stood a mendicant of God.
Before His royal throne,
And begged Him for a priceless gift,
For me to call my own.
I took the gift from out His hand,
But as I would depart,
I cried, "But Lord this is a thorn,
And it has pierced my heart!"
"This is a strange and hurtful gift
Which Thou hast given me."
He said, "I love to give good gifts,
I gave my best to thee."
I took it home, and though at first
The cruel thron hurt me sore,
As long years passed I grew at last
To love it more and more.
I learned that He never gives a thorn
Without His added grace:
He takes the thorn to pin aside,
The veil which hides His face.

beautiful. that look you captured here is fun and seems so full of attitude. I love the way her hair strands are all around her face. really sets more of the mood up here. the lighting here is beautiful too. an excellent capture of this child. 7++++++++++
