haha, Thanks Martin for all your support and insight. That's awesome he got a job! I hope we all get to do photos, more full time. I'm actually getting married in July! I'm trying to get him more involved in photos :). I got him a camera this Christmas! Anyways, again, thanks for all the compliments they are greatly appreciated.
Best wishes,
Erin

Awesome insight, thanks Martin! All of your comments are so appreciated! The positive feedbakc is so encouraging. This running shot, I think I had them run back and forth at least 10 times...it was either her hair in her face, they weren't smiling, or a car was coming...

Thanks again!

Thanks for the comments! I use photoshop for most of it, then for the other, more simple manipulation, I use Google's free photo program called Picasa2

Beautiful fuzziness. I love the perspective and the dark contrast from the front tree. The warm colors mixed with the bare trees create a contradictory feel for the viewer.
Great shot!

Beautiful colors and movement. Perhaps, crop out the top left corner... The dark spot is a little distracting. This would be a great painting!

I am always drawn to any animal in the bird family! I think they are so hilarious, and the title on this photo is so appropriate. Great detail and lighting, it's amazing how detailed his beak is! Awesome work.

Great idea and what fun! I tried this; but I was too close to the water and it kept washing away my masterpiece...so not only did I not get the shot but I was frowning in each photo! haha. The black and white is a great choice for it really captures his reflective shadow.
Nice,
Erin

What a perfect little haven. Wish I was there to take some shots! Those are the colors of my wedding, all those yellows and greens. Wonderful composition, I like how the trail becomes unseen and you are forced to imagine what lies ahead. Great shot Bradley!

Aww, this photo warms my heart! I like your border and crop. I feel as though some of the details are lost with the lighting, more towards his nose; however, the feeling is still captured! Great shot!

Great composition and I love her eyelashes! The black and white choice really brings that to attention. Perhaps remove the white flash spot from her nose, it is a little distracting and takes away from the quality crop. Nice work,

Very sombering words! I really like your think black border, it frams the photos and brings to focus the characters. Nice composition, the three men and the lone treat.

Great feelings and overall look of this artic forest. I like the setting, but perhaps next time allow the tops of the trees instead of the snow. Great shot! Keep up the great work!

Great composition and coloring. I really enjoy how the deep vegetation creates an atmosphere of peace and serenity. Great feeling and the model, I must say, is very unique; however, I agree with John and she doesn't exactly fit the profile of an Amazonian woman with that fair skin!
Congrats and welcome to Usefilm! Keep sharing your photos!

With keeping in mind the photo title, the image brought to mind the expression, "the grass is always greener on the other side..." Luckily, the beauty can still be observed through the fence .
The title of the photo is what first captured my interest; however, the more I study it I truly appreciate your unique take on the ordinary. The balance, crop, and shadows add much depth and interest. I greatly like this photo.

Thanks Nick!
I wish I could take all credit; however, the people at this wedding were amazing. So incredibly kind and creative. Their zest for life can even be seen in how passionate they were about "playing" guitar...they were willing to run to the top of this sand dune and take shot after shot Such great sports; and to their benefit and mine... the photos turned out amazing.

Your insight and compliments are always so welcome. Again, THANK YOU!
