You're very creative - I NEVER would have thought of such a thing. This is an excellent photograph. Great work!

Perfect tones and composition. The angle at which you took this photograph from makes the bird appear demonic and very creepy. It's a great photo.

Beautiful B&W shot. What color tint did you add to make is so perfect? A gold? I really like the grainy look to it. Wonderful job.

EXCELLENT use of selective coloring. Only one or so of my selective coloring photographs have turned out this well. I commend you. Good tones, though my style would like the darks a bit dark, but that's only my style.

I always thought doing something like this would be cool, but never wanted to get involved in doing every, single leaf. How long did it take you to do this?! The final result certainly made it worth it.

Your color here is amazing. Tone range and sharpness are excellent. Great work. You've inspired my to post a droplet shot today when I can post more photos.

Thanks, Mark. I'm still trying to master light and B&W. I like how this shot turned out. I think I'm going to have to buy a 350D soon... and stock up on photography books. I envy the tone of you shots and the quality - I would love to be able to take similar shots.

I figured you were busy - you been playing with your band? I recently got involved in a neo-classical group with 7-string guitars. I bought a Steve Vai Universe for $250USD in Seattle a few years ago and have repainted it with a color-changing paint (it goes from green to purple) - I'll have to take photos of it after I put the last final coat on it.

ROCK ON!

I just love the tones of skin in B&W - especially blacks. I love how the highlights aren't washed out - everything is crisp and clear. Great work, LaTreice - 7/7.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I love Egyption stuff and this shot PERFECTLY romanticizes it's subject. Nice and crisp, PERFECT tones, and great lighting. All I know is that I hope you have more to go with it. Excellent work. 7/7 and straight to my favorites.

Neat abstracty shot. Did you use a filter to achieve the flares?

This is by far my favorite of the three in this series. I really like the frame of this shot - subtle, yet perfect. Tones, as always - perfect and you completed the shot with the long exposure for the nice water effect. Very dreamy. Excellent work. 7/7.

I'm very impressed by your tones, Ade. I've been browsing you photographs and your tones and colors are incredible. How do you go about achieving such colors? Is it because you have a Canon? I love the colors that come out of my S1-IS.

I love this shot. I love how he's like "Whoa! Wait a minute... Where the hell did those come from?!"

I noticed you have a D50 - how do you like it? I was mostly put off by it because I have a massive collection of CF cards and it uses SM and didn't want to buy the new media.

Ours is part retard, part goofy. Makes for an interesting mix. I need to get some shots of her being goofy. It's quite entertaining.

I really like my S1, but I really need a more capable camera. Look forward to seeing more of your 20D shots!

Thanks, Todd. I took ~1000 shots while I was there for only 5 days. Was a good trip.

Wish this shot was a bit more crisp - may try to sharpen it.

Hey Mark! I'm back again. Yay for you!! J/K. I just got back from Hawai'i so I've got some shots from that trip. Hope things are going well.

I'll never understand how you get the tones you do in your shots... Any tips for me?
