I knew this was Portland as soon as i saw the thumbnail.

Of course it helps that I'm from Maine. I went to college at then SMTC not more then a few miles away from that exact spot.

great shot. nice saturation, and the lighting is near perfect. The only part i don't qute care for is the blue table in the background. It looks kinda wierd.

but again, overall, a great shot!

Thanks for the comment. I'll keep that hair light in mind for next time. The only issue here would have been the fact that she is against a wall, only i framed it out while shooting. I was acting as the "B" Photographer for this shoot.

u make it look so simple. i was working on a version for 30 minutes, but couldn't get around the shadows on the wall.

these bricks surround the base of a stature of a soldier.

thats exactly what i was thinking to myself, "everyone and their brother probably takes pictures of the statue, so i'm gonna shoot these bricks down here."
