I love trees except when they die and I have to saw them down. I like the design of the bark on this tree and the way the tree branches out.

Best wishes, Jimmy

A wonderful keepsake photo. Aren't you glad you took it? Wish I had taken more of my mom. She's been gone for over 30 years.

Best wishes,
Jimmy

Glad you like Uno, couple days ago the UPS truck was on our street, w/driver busy delivering. Uno puts his front feet up on truck step, hestitates and jumps in. We made sure to get him out before UPS left........LOL

Shadow is pretty nice!

I agree with Mary Sue's comment about Shadow's eyes. No one may have claimed him, but he sure was right to claim you. Thanks for commenting on my abstract, I look forward to seeing more of your work.

Such lovely colors you've capture here Anita. I don't know how they select the All American plant from these beauties, but, glad it's not my job. I'd go crazy trying to decide.

Best wishes, Jimmy

Anita, an excellent flower & butterfly combination. I haven't had much luck with that this year. All my house plants go outside for the wisconsin summer. Then they all come in around September, healthy and strong for winter. Till next spring, Cary

Shadow seems quite settled into his new home. I'll bet he would be a good subject for a close up and DOF that isolates him from the background. Those eyes really look expressive.

Good for you for saving Shadow. Even though I'm not much of a cat person, I think your Shadow is a beautiful cat. I might also add, a well fed cat.:-)) It's amazing how his eyes match the color of the grass. Exceelent shot, Anita.

Great shot. I like how Shadow contrasts with the green. I also like how the gate in the background adds character to the photograph.
Thank you for your kind comment on my image.
