Shades of J.C. (Jim Crotty) ;) For me the green is a little over saturated but it still works well. Great composition. Love the bold cloudy sky.

Well done Pat. I didn't realise it was yours until I read the info. The colours and contrast caught my eye. Nice treatment too.

I agree whole heartedly. Sometimes it is better to appreciate a picture for what it is than criticise it for what it isnt. :-)

Thank you for the explantion and offer. While it is not really my style, I can appreciate the effort and result. I suspect that my photoshop abilities are a lot lower than yours and I need to learn a lot more to be able to do this.

You are lucky, she is very pretty. I am fortunate that I have a young niece who is also very pretty and loves to be in front of the camera

My initial reaction was that it was lacking a little definition. But I have decided that you have caught both the softness of the moment and the light beautifully. Well done.

This shouts Picasso the moment you see it. I would be very interested in how you constucted it. I hope it is printed on canvas and adorning one of your walls. A fresh outlook, well done.

I wish I new my photography history better as this reminds me of someone famous style. While lacking a little sharpness and contrast, given the situation, I think you have done very well. Maybe because of it's lack of sharpness and contrast is what is helping make the picture the picture it is?
Well done

Buena suerte
