I think the difference in the distance of the monument and birds from the camera is the main cause for this..

Thanks Suvro! I also wander about the reflection of those birds... But I think the distance of the monument and the birds from the camera is not same so the reflection of birds may be overlaid by the reflection of the huge monument.
