Fantasitc shot - only criticism is that I wish you had captured the tops of the mountains on the left. Or in the alternative I would crop it a tad bit lower to try to eliminate the couple spaces of sky on the left. The focus that way would be on the reflection rather and the fisherman rather than pulling the eye away towards the cut off mountains.
On a different note - those birds are insane - the fact that they can be trained to do the "fishing" for the fisherman...
