a bigbear hug for a dear friend my dear Riny... thank you... i am always intrigued by the beauty of the barren desert and how the wind would sweep them....somehow maybe in a certain time of day where man misses to gaze at this lovely landscape, the colors of the sand shows a certain hue like this.. like the long lost travels of the Bedouin people.. and the great travels on foot of the east... may warm, comfortable and wonderful sands caress your feet...rowena

hi Ian.. i hope u enjoyed your stay in the Philippines...our country is home to some of the most beautiful beaches, islands and ladies ofcourse.

dearest marius... my place has two tall shrubs/trees that attract bees... and had been visiting inside the house in certain seasons of the year...
i heard the song "Flight of the Bumblebee" by Maksim... a remake perhaps? ... anyways, the song didn't sink in me neither..until i saw a bee oneday charging towards this flower.... and just like you, just then i understood the intensity of the bee's activity and attraction ...how fast those wings are to keep him afloat...
im glad this photo inspired u as it had inspired me..

wow ... really thank you.... i am always happy if i receive comments like these.. i am learning more and more...thank you nick!
indeed it is a case of a handheld camera shake... i tried to rescue my image which i just took hurriedly while walking..(too much crowded place..nowhere to place my tripod). the pagoda was glorious in its own but i had to disregard the inappropriate structures around it.. so i had to crop.... after that i tried some sharpening but it did not do any justice either...
anyhow, although i knew that it wouldnt look that pretty still i decided to post it hoping to receive comments so i could learn more...
and here it is... im happy...
