Hello Brian,
I recognized this immediately!! The weather was bad here too and we didn't had much of a summer this year. Children are enjoying the beach and the sand no matter what kind of weather it is. I saw it on the island too! Beautiful capture!
greetings,
Diana.

She looks pretty played out, must have been expecting a busy day! Hope your weather turns better and you don't feel the effects of the hurricane.

A nice visual story. I wonder how this would look in B+W? Maybe utilizing the red channel only to lighten facial features?

excellent details throughout!
the white makes a nice cotrast with the blue sky pulling more attention to the primary focal point.

well done Brian

If your weather's been like ours, Brian, I know what you mean! They wouldn't have had too much chance this summer. Good human interest shot, though. I hope the tides not coming in!

A great study and informal portrait.

I am just now scanning some of my old German negatives. Yes, I'd like to see what you have from a later time. So you were at the same place taking pictures? I can't remember much about it. I would appreciate any information you have!
