Brian - I really enjoy you images of fires and the firefighters who put them out. How about posting a few more, or even better, set up a portfolio for the shots. I'm also quite interested to see the images you got while you were out in San Diego.

Excellent photo, but oh so scary. I keep wondering if every one got out. I watched the house next door burn a few yrs ago and I could not believe the power of a house fire.

Very well taken image Brian. The reason for that is , if a bird photo is not taken at bird's eye level, it in most situation, can not give a establishment of contact between camera and bird. Very nice colors.

Love these birds, I live a couple miles from 2 hospitals who both have them. So I see a lot of action from the back yard. really nice sharp photo jimc
