Work on PS CS, I have added many levels, any regulates the color and the effect scorch. To get in general the fed up effect in the wall and in the stones I have melted an old photo of clouds ( http://www.usefilm.com/image/592223.html ), with I break down dragging it above the wall, then I have chosen the fusion it Burns Linear.

Fidati, non è quel granchè, troppo morbido ed inadatto di notte a causa del terribile ed inutile trattamento verso le luci artificiali. Flare ad arcobaleno e fantasmi ovunque :-(

The clouds are original, I have applied a motion blur on the sky and cleared to the right aloft, the effect on the tower has come in automatic way but I liked. Thanks for the constructive comment Mike.
