he's a doll. one to cherrish forever. and those eyes. man they are gorgeous. you need to take a close up shot of just eyes. or fill the frame with just his face. gorgeous child.

Nice shot! Did you run this through unsharp mask in PS? If not, you might try it. Personally, I think this would be a good candidate for color on B&W? Hmmmmm.... Later, Dan

Beautiful scene, and the apparent low camera position is very well chosen. I agree with Jim's remark about the horizon. The lighting in the background is very nice, as is the Depth of field. Very well stiched, too. My compliments!

Cheers,

Hugo

This is a flashback to my childhood. Used to live in Anchorage and I vividly remember such scenery particularly between Seward and Anchorage. Beautiful. My one nit photographically speaking is that based on the orientation of the trees this does look as though it's not level. I first thought it might be lens distortion but after reading that this is a stitch it should have been addressed before posting. Regardless a very good image and excellent stitch job.

Cool and inviting picture! Well balanced, and I like the natural curves! However, I am feel cropping the space in the bottom a bit could've enhanced the visual appeal of the photograph! And, not sure if a CPL was used to enhance the sky colour! Nevertheless, a brilliant photograph! Congratulations!

You've done a great job stitching photos together. I recommend that you take it to the next step and get the horizontal looking horizontal. I've included what I'd do to make this photo look more visually appealing.

This is a great shot. The DOF is terrific and I love the expression on the athlete's face.

Keep it sharp.

Mark, A little "toooooo" much contrast and brightness. Maybe for a B&W, but not for color. The person to the right is distracting to the photo, I'd either crop it out or consider ways to reconfigure the photo next time. The bench is also a little distracting and doesn't add much to the composition. You might also notice that the face has some shadows that are not very complimentary - those could probably be fixed in PS or you might consider using fill flash or keeping the direction of the sun in mind. Lastly, take a look at a revised crop. It keeps the scratch on the subject's leg (Makes him look tough!), but it's much tighter... Later Dude! Dan

Mark, this is nice as it shows some realness from a gymnastics meet. The gymnast-coach relationship comes out intensly at meets - good work - keep shooting!!! Dan

Mark, you know I like this one! About the only thing I would change is to do a little work in PS to get rid of the part of the T-Shirt showing under the sweater. 5x7 Dude!!! Regards, Dan
