Thanks for the smile this morning! I think my dogs are looking at this scene in envy, as we hardly ever get snow in Vancouver and they love it.
I like your Let it Snow signs... very cute.

Thanks for sharing how you did it.... I've always tried this, but by holding the leaf up to a lamp... the result is light leaks and unevenness. I will have to try the window bit!
The colour caught my eye right away... it's so powerful and so warm. The detail is amazing as well. I would have thought that placing the main line through the centre would make it feel unbalanced but it's a nice change from the diagonal look. There seems to be a light yellow smudge of something in the lower right though.... any idea what it is? It disrupts the flow of the little lines.

He looks plum tuckered out Steve! I love that sign behind him too! Great composition in this one! I wish I was there instead of stuck here in Florida! :-)

The lighting is a little harsh, but it adds to the sparse subject.
How is the Kodak SLR/n working out? I need to e-mail you sometime soon. It's been a while. It's good to see that you're still out and about.

Not a pretty subject by any means, but an important one. What total and utter desolation, emphasized by the great depth of field. Even the sky is perfect for this subject. Well done!

nice moment, nice shot. maybe with more higher speed, you could freeze the bird, so to be more sharp but I think it has been really difficult to catch this moment. I know I can't
