Shooting against the light is fun, isn't it :-) I think you could have stepped back a little bit to have more of the arc in the frame, especially at the top.

Nice sky, nice combination of lamp & building. I think the composition would be better if the branches didn't touch the lamp. Consider using an ND grad filter in situations like this to get some detail in the foreground while keeping the sky dark enough.

Well, it may all just be a personal preference thing. Not that I am there, but I'd like to play with the crop so the blurred part of the chain isn't horizontal on the image.
