Very nice, I like the composition a lot. Another good idea would be arranging the colors like a rainbow to have that gradient look.

The background goes very well with the color of the fruit. I also like how the focus is on the seeds. Plus it looks like it was on your desk over the night, which makes for a great photo

Is this the water drop olympics? Great shot, I have never seen a dive like that. Very original.
Thanks for giving me that tip, unfortunately my camera does not have a lock focus feature. It has several focus distances that I can choose from, it does a decent job, but not like the $1000 cameras!.
