Those are aurora borealis if someone didnt know, and about photoshop: just sharpening and i turned levels so that black would be black, thats it.

That is really beautiful, the fisheye effect makes it appear even more surreal. Hopefully I'll witness this for myself one day, and do half as good a job capturing it as you have.
