Great shot. Looks like the poor guy is taking a shoulder to the wall there. Perhaps you should tell him to sit back more and jump out next time 
Nice and clear. A bit of high contrast in spots with some grain to give it that gritty, in the field, feel. I like it.

Gorgeous image, but I have to say there is just a little bit of overkill in having 7 people on an 1 1/2" line. I do good to get 1 other person to help me with a 2 1/2" most of the time. Ah, fire school. These guys/gals should be lined up for prints of your splendid work. Very nice.
