I like this composition, the close sloping hill with the mountains coming across add good depth to the shot. Very bright and colorful shot. Lee

Very artsy Dan and captured to it's finest. Curious if the drop is really juice from the apple or added? Very well done.

What a delightful composition, all the blues and whites complement each other so well in this shot. Tack sharp edges on the buildings adds much also. Kind Regards Lee

Nice... What a funny but lovely looking bird in flight. Seeing birds with this long beak is not a common look around here. Very well captured. Lee

This is good Pat your getting the hang of your new camera fast. I'm curious if this sunrise was a bit redder in the sky then the one with the bison in the bright grass? Here the lighting has allowed you to balance and expose the subject and surroundings well. Nice work. Lee

A very nice setup Pat. The 20D is a awesome camera and the 600mm lens ! wowser your packed for bear !
You really didn't do bad on this shot at all, you have a dark subject surrounded by dead, yellow , bright grass, your are either going to get the grass in good colors and the bison will be dark or your going to get a the bison in good colors with washed out grass. Looks good considering the above. I don't have a 600, only a 400 but I can't emphasize enough the importance of a good tripod/head. Your keepers will increase allot with a steady mount.

A lucky find ! Wow I'm amazed and Pat you got a great shot, composition, colors and sharpness...... One of my dream shots, adding this to my favorites. I considered coming to Wyoming last week, but I went to other activities instead......shots like this make me wonder if I made the right choice. A fabulous shot Pat. Lee

I will be sending you a email this evening, I been in and out of town over the last week. Shot a Hot Air Balloon Festival, BMX State Champion Race, and the went to the mountains for a few days.... The Moose where in deep hiding due to hunting season but I did get into the Rams. A really great week. Lee

Hi jon always good to see your work and I'm glad to see your still out shooting. This is a good capture I like the sharpness of the body and the movement in the wings. So nice to see some color in the background also. I'm not sure though...is this a gull, the face resembles a predator bird but the feet don't. Kind Regards Lee
