Great capture and light on the web George. A translucent glowing spider with neon dots. Neat!

Nicely done, looks they they just dropped her down and ran out to do their job before the blades came to a perfect standstill.

Good and bad news, George. Although over here there's still an argument against airbags, you can't deny they are a significant safety feature.

No crocs here Christine. Much too far north for crocs. Poisonous snakes...perhaps a few...

Very southern, hot, hazy, Tom Sawyer image. Just waiting for a croc to come out of that muddy water.

Christine, this is my friend's weekend getaway. He has a lot next to a lake with this little camper. As for the tilted part, it was the photographer who was quite tilted, as evidenced in my next posting, a tilted self portrait. ;-)
Thanks and kindest regards,
George

Nice soft hued greens George. Not too bad a setting, looks peaceful if you don't mind living in a trailer. It is a little tilted though or was it leaning in the first place :-)

WOW George this is awesome, the radiant sun and golden light coming out from behind the amazing thunderheads is magnificent. The deep blue giving way to soft blue is glorious. Just the right touch of silhouetted landscape. So you missed the lightning, oh well, this image more than makes up for it. Nice work!!

Don't be discouraged about not snagging a bolt from the cloud in addition to this vision.

This is now happily in my favorites.
From a long-time weather-guy, thanks!

very nice shot george, i know what you mean with trying to catch lightning, i actually got my first ever picture with lightning the other day, took like 100 pictures standing there wiating, opening that shutter, and praying, finally YES... hate how when using a digital i started to get noise in the picture when leaving the shutter open for too long, thats what good old 35mm is for though.... good luck very cool picture congrats

Quality don't matter George when you capture a cutie like that. Kinda neat hand movement with his shirt super-imposed over it. A real sweetie with a lovely lady.
