Gosh, i just drove from L.A. to S.F and shot some just like this. i'm still undecided about them as to me they seem uninteresting as they are. i feel this way about your image as well although i can well understand your desire to shoot the scene. i loved the strong blue skies and the golden grass on the low hills. Driving along, i was so taken with the undulations of the hills and the lacy delicacy of the towers. i also liked the subtle changes in vegetation that occurred over the miles. i simply didn't know how to confine this type of environment into a small frame. i don't know what else to say here. There's not enough to keep my interest in this image, though i agree that there was certainly plenty in real life to incite your imagination.

Good overall shot but I think that all of the blue at the top is a little bit un-necessary...

Wonderful color and depth. Great shot. I've enjoyed touring your portfolio to see, what I assume, is your native Idaho. You do it justice.

What works for me about this is that the focus is really on the weeds, but the tree comes in an really changes things. It is a very, very cool shot!
