Dear Richard,
Although legos are present in this shot I'm not sure the focus is on them; as a matter of fact I'm not sure where the focus is at all. There seems to be tremendous detail in the floor or carpet, but otherwise everything else is a blur.
A greater DOF would have aided this shot, showing a great moment of interaction between the three brothers or friends.
