What a rode. You could create many compositions out there, with people, objects or many other things ... Very nice "starting" point to a great serie .. Hopefully you live there and you'll be able to bring nice works of yours

love this shot.. all this needs is a road beauty a red car.. or you could alternatively (i wish) shot it while driving the car at a certain speed and used say shutter speed of 1/30 of a sec to give that zoom in rush like feel.. (now that would be your next project).. please view my windy road picture.. http://www.usefilm.com/showphoto.php?id=120464

The "best" by far...except maybe Vlad's and Chris's. I like those. I would have to give yours first place if judging this one. Creativity, and I can imagine the fun, along with everything else that went into your project.

you did your your own critique as Gary stated...however...the only part of your critique I will agree with is the stuff you used to hold them up Is slightly visable....next time use a dab of hot glue...it never shows....your lighting on the eggs is fine CJ and they are white.....the reflections in the broken egg are what is helping it to look wet and gooey...I will agree with Mike this is the most creative and best egg shot yet...
Very Creative Concept and well executed.......
as a side note you must have spent a good amount of time on this and I'm sure you realize you should seek help......very weird

Just looked at your portfolio. I bet you used that Vivitar 28-90 on this one. That would explain the barrel distortion. I'm also a Canon FD user. Try one of the Canon prime wide lenses to solve that problem. The 28mm/f:2.8 is pretty inexpensive, if you're cost conscious, and it produces a nice rectilinear image. The Sigma 24mm/f:2.8 is also a surprisingly good lens with negligible distortion (probably as good as the Canon 24/2.8 in optical quality, but not in build quality), and is typically cheap on the used market, just because it's a Sigma.

I love the scene, the concept, the forms created by the light, and the tonality, but the structure seems to be leaning back a bit. I think what happened is you lined the right side of the doorframe up with the edge of the viewfinder frame, but the lens you're using has some barrel distortion visible at the edges, which makes it tough to find "vertical," and then there's a bit of convergence due to the low camera position with respect to the door. Add it all together and the left side of the doorframe isn't lined up anymore, giving the whole structure a leaning appearance.

The lighting in this picture is interesting. Did it just happen like that, or was it "enhanced" by aperature or shutter speed, etc. Silhouette of cat peering into the room is very good.

This shot works for me I like play of the light here compared to a few of the others, this one holds all that negative space better. Nice job

Cat is looking at the camera is ok and cute. But this is not working. If you opened up more than we would have more detail in the shadows, not a lot more is needed but a bit more and than let the bathroom interior go whiter and hopefull off the other end (almost glarring out) the way it is here the elements of the bathroom interior are too distracting. Thus causing the intent of the image to be lost. Excellent attempt. Keep it up I like the way you are thinking here.

My eye wants to trim off a little bottom and a bit of the left to almost center this. Take more advantage of the real estate (pic frame). I like the mood and the attitude of this pic. You can do the cropping on your puter. Nice shot however.
