Thank you for your comment. I shot this from about 15 feet away, through glass. Had to crank the ISO up to 1600 to get a reasonable shutter speed in an indoor environment. I also tweaked the exposure a little in Photoshop, but not much. The faces of these guys always intrigue me because I'm not sure if they are thinking great thoughts or if I am just imposing my own interpretation on their reality.

I really like the light in this, and the strangely casual look of the subject. But I think it would be better if the DOF extended a bit more into the foreground. I want to have a better look at the closest potato...

I really like this, despite the slightly distracting colors at the bottom. It has far more drama than the usual "pet" photos. I might classify it as an "intimate portrait".
