It looks as though you have taken this photo indoors or at night with a flash. Try taking it outside on a sunny day and the colours should be greatly enhanced. Also, I would try concentrating on the fruit, rather than trying to get everything in shot, maybe approaching from a different angle .

Its very nice, a good shot. I would have liked to see it with a less intense flash, i find the light reflection on the petals distractsme from the subject of the phot.
