thanks for commenting my photo.
I toke the capture with my Canon 100mm Lens without any adjunctive gadget, like tubes or dipoters. Generally speaking to take high magnification close-up I don't like tubes or other kind of tricks, but I prefere specialized lens like my Canon MP-E.

Excellent macro, you take a fantastic 'portrait' of that face, great details on the side and eye and very nice lighting...WOW! That lighting I could use it for people...EXCELLENT!!!

I always shot hand-helding my MP-E.

Bellissime queste macro... e bello anche il soggetto che nel suo esser insetto sa trovare l'espressione quasi stupita... :) Le mie foto di cui parlavi sono dello stesso autore (ovvero io) ... ma ora fotografo abbinato alla scrittura di racconti su un blog... :) Passaci un minuto, quando non hai di meglio da fare... :) ciao!
