Thank you! I often drive by these refineries in the day in my commute to work and think they are a blight on the landscape. At night however the whole flavor changes and I wonder what someone 200 years ago would have thought if they had come upon such an island of light in the dark.

A very interesting and well done industrial night shot! It shows how something that may be less than photogenic in the daytime can be beautiful after dark.

Very haunting image! I live in a rural area but can't seem to get the same "punch" out of my B&W attempts. This is very nicely done.

hello, I see, we do the same things now - and this pinhole business is really fun - for color I would use film (check out the link to David Balihar on my website concerning cameras and color pinholing ...) - and now I have to check your portfolio

Excellent pinhole work. This one has an almost infrared feeling to it.(I've noticed that when I use paper negatives they tend to look more "infrared" than when I use film negs).

Since you are getting into the wonderful world that is all things pinhole, I have a couple links for you to check out. There should be info on colour pinhole work too.

As I commented on Terry's pinholes, I'm amazed. Makes one wonder why photo gear became so technical. Was your Quaker Oats container tin or cardboard. I don't recall ever seeing these oats in tin cans.
Thanks for your comment on my "Machinery of War."

Let me be the first here to comment onthis WICKED PINHOLE ! ! ! I do not have the Oats in a can up here so I made mine out of a coffee can... Please have a look. I think that I have been to the same webpage you have been to with dirrections on how to build your own pinhole camera from this can. Perfect wide angel look to this one too.. nice use of the whole sheet. Brett.. Please submitt more of these pinholes... I will keep my eye on you in hopes that you do. Let me know what you think of my ~Pinhole Dreams~ if you have a chance to view it man.

Excellent job with the framing. Not only is there no lens, but there's no viewfinder either. I like how there's hardly a straight line in the photograph.

What can I say about this photo? It is so awesome! How do you come up with these ideas? the black and white distorted mirror effect was absolutely genius. You have a naturally photogenic family I've noticed.
