Cindi,

It's actually not sepia...it's just the tones I got from the lighting at the time. Kind of interesting how that worked out.

Thanks for your comments! I saw that you "friended" me, and I can't figure out how to add you back as a friend.

What a beautiful portrait!!! Her eyes are amazing.

You did a great job capturing this. Seeing into her eyes makes me feel like I know her.

Andreas,

Yes, I do use medium format in the diana. This particular image was off of the first roll of medium format film that I've shot. It was about a year ago. I've only been shooting the Diana for about 5 or 6 months.

I love the dark, decaying dirty effect this pinhole image has!

Great photo!! Lovely form and composition.

I have a VERY similar picture here, only mine is horizontal, and it is a Honda, not a Harley!

I love the different view of everyday objects. The shadow that the 'strainer' thing produces on the eggs has a nice effect.

Great use of negative space to show the loneliness of the bench!
Thumbs up for breathing life into that old Pony!

Great capture of the light and shadow. The sqare format is perfect for the composition, dividing the image into two triangles.

Great composition!

The process was perfect for this photo...seems as if the cyanotype represents the water, and the platinum represents the land.

Nice abstract image here! I love the confusion it creates by putting you in the shoes of the person standing in the corner.

nice job on this!

Scarlet: Yes, it's fixed. I tried to scratch it and everything. The only way it's gonna come off is dropping the tile and breaking it.
I sprayed it with UV Protectant Matte Krylon Spray.

Great Polaroid Transfer. The colors are perfect. Adam and Eve was the first thing I thought of when I saw the image.

It's sad that he died. You've immortalized his image wonderfully.

side note: I've seen this image somewhere before. Did you submit it to Polaroid's 'P' Magazine? I'm racking my brain here...

Great work on this Sx-70 manipulation!

Hard to believe it started out digital!

I tried to rate this photo, but it didn't give me the option for some reason.

excellent work!

This is beautiful. Well composed, great lines, great shadows. The frame was filled nicely. The patterns, the repetition...all very well done!
