The man who did the ceiling is Dale Chulluly. He oftern works in my hometown, Portland Oregon.

Sehr gut! Love the concept, agree it could be better realized, but a nice effort.

I agree with Travis and also wonder if cropping to exclude the dark spaces on the top left and bottom left would be a stronger image.

I wouldn't categorize this as "nature" (unless you mean human nature). "People" (with a broader definition than what is provided on this site) seems more suitable. As much as I like your self portraits, this one works so well for me in different ways, it is such a keeper!

Powerful, calming, reflective. It captures a lot of emotions for me.

For me, this image, in this moment, is about power and tyranny. The tyranny of the majority subjigating the lower egg within the context of a particulary overwhelming conformity. It brings to mind politics in the broadest sense of the word. The blurred edges- the loss of identity and boundaries. The most interesting photo I've seen on this site.

The choice of subject matter is very original and speaks to my heart (I am a reader/writer/editor). Thank you for this image. It makes my day!
