Some say that photos from a family album should not be shown
on a site like this. Well I think they are totally wrong. This is perfect for your album ( I guess it is your family). But it is also a wonderful photo, that I like very much. Warm, soft and tender.
Very connected and intimate.

So beautiful, Lukasz. The mother's face has the perfect touch of softness and light to bring out it's beauty, and you bring the daughter forward with more sharpness and contrast. It brings out the best in both of them. This does what good portraits do: capture the spirit. Nice!

This is well composed - the focal point lies somewhere between the two which is a fitting tribute to their relationship (I am sure). The softness gives it a tender touch. The negative space of the back of the chair balances the composition for me...

Zupelnie zapomnialem, ze taka zabudowa jeszcze istnieje...nie mysl, ze pisze to z "przekasem", coraz mniej widze takich scen...Milo widziec, ze ktos zauwaza detale, gdzie inni przechodza obojetnie...na tym polega polowanie z aparatem w reku! Bardzo dobrze uchwycone oraz przedstawione!

Maja charakter i historie. Te zniszczone sciany proboja do nas mowic, opowiedziec swoja historie. jedynie jest to ze ich jest coraz mniej, a te nowe budowy nie bede mialy takiego charakteru kiedy wpadna w ruine.
Super wyglada biel tego napisu an tle tak ciemnego otoczenia. perspektywa w gore na balkon i drzwi przez ktore ona i jej zycie przechodzili...
moglo by byc o ciut wiecej kontrastu.
super. Ulf ma racje - ekstra tytul.

The title is so beautiful. I will remember it for long, I think.. Like a memory. It draws me to your photo (strange isn?t it?) But I am not disappointed. Good B/W work in a quite difficult photosituation!
