I adore these old windows, but this one seem to slowly fall apart. What a pity. A good contrast between the colourful window and the rest of the church(?)
Best wishes
Annemette

The beauty of the window certainly contrasts with the condition of the rest of the building, Brian! Well seen and captured!

I'm wondering, the grass at the front of the car are bent forward, it's been moved recently? Does the couple of steering wheels in the background ask if it might have been shoved to make space?

This is really nicely composed, I like that there are two different environments created... Can I nit-pick? Can I point to the branches on the right hand side? I'm sure I've done it myself :-'

hey Brian....I think it is really hard to draw some feeling or atmosphere out of a lot of shots of this nature but I'm saying you have just about nailed it here.....I can 'feel' the cold, the teasels seem to be loving it! nice work. cheers, david.

Thanks Tom. Saw these sitting outside the courthouse in Flemingsburg one day and I liked the locks on them. There were probably 20 of them sitting on the courthouse lawn.

Wow, that IS an old truck. 1930's.
Cool.

As busy as the surrounding area is, I think a gentle vignette might help to focus attention on the subject.
