Nice job. It doesn't have to be sunny to get a good pic.

A very good idea. I would suggest a little touching up on the left to reduce the brightness of the area behind her ear and up in the corner. It's given me a few ideas to work on.

Thanks, Peter.
This was a grab shot at a long focal length. The boy was a stranger and there was no opportunity to use a flash.
BTW one of my sharpest lenses is a Vivitar 24 - 70 mm f3.5-4.5 in a Contax mount.

You were fortunate to get a good shooting position. Sports photography requires some additional work besides picking cameras and lenses.

Here's where a pro camera and long lens would pay off. You need to be tighter for a shot like this.

The macro focus is very good. It's bad luck that the bee's color is too similar to the flower and background and we don't have a good separation between them.

I would have liked a tighter crop on the just the head. Also, try some other effects like posterization while you are at it.

Lead rider is sharp. Slight problem with part of tire intruding. I find that cropping it out cuts down too much of the space in front of rider. Most people won't pay attention to that.
