Apart from the reflections I see nothing out of the ordinary in this shot. The river is NOT level, you should really rotate this image to the left, to prevent the water from running downhill. nice colouring.

Very nice scene, I opened this and found that it's a BMP format,, you would get clearer images with JPG,,, I agree that it appears tilted,, try this,,,
